The Start of a Great Season

This year the HCA Varsity volleyball teams consists of three Eighth Graders, six Seventh Graders and one Sixth Grader.

These ten girls have been practicing since August on their passing, serving, and setting.  They were excited to use these skills in their first matches this past Sunday. HCA competed against Sacred Heart, Manoa and Holy Cross. Each match consisted of three sets.     HCA won both matches 2-1.

The volleyball team's next competition is this Sunday, September 16 at 6 pm at St. Katharine of Sienna School in Wayne.  The team will be competing again St. Katharine's and St. Anastasia White's teams.  Every one is invited to come and support the team.
